Most of the money spent in schools is not on teachers but on administrative staff.. when i was a kid there were three "admin" staff. Sister Aloysius who would hit you with a stick if you were sent to her office... some old lady with grey hair who was the secretary, and Mister Cunningham who lived across the street from me and was the janitor and dressed up as Santa Claus at our holiday "gala" in the gym at Chirstmas time... I knew it was Mister Cunningham in the phony beard but I would never come out and say it because if I did Sister Aloysius would hit me with the stick.

Get rid of them all.. Keep only three admins per school... Do it now.

And when the union folk strike then fire them.
And tell their lawyers to lay low and
not make any trouble or you'll fire them too.

These are dire times.
